What an amazing experience at Baha Mar. service was amazing and the cabana rental for the day made it the most relaxing day. We had our own waitress named Thereze and her service, friendly demeanor, and exceptional love for the job made our trip. Thank you

Atmosphere was absolutely stunning. The view could NOT be beat. The food was excellent. But the the experience was made phenomenal by our server Georgie. She was the sweetest, most attentive, and caring person that took care of us at Baha Mar.

Beware of fake charges. Terrible hotel!

Super shady hotel. Called to upgrade from a king room to one bedroom residence suite. Told me I had to cancel my existing reservation since it was prepaid and book again. I did as instructed, then they charged me $1,071.20 cancellation fee and refused to refund because I could not remember the name of the person that told me to cancel. Keep in mind I stayed at the hotel for the same dates I originally booked, I just couldn’t prove their employee told me to rebook. I spent 3x as much as I was originally booked for on a nicer room, then had to pay the old reservation too. Shady is the only word to describe treating guests this way. Be aware!
